Dr Alvin Hong is a Consultant Neurosurgeon who trained in Singapore General Hospital and Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, United Kingdom. He has clinics in Mount Elizabeth and Gleneagles Hospitals. He also has privileges to look after patients in Mount Alvernia and East Shore Hospitals.

 

His practice includes stereotactic craniotomy for brain lesions, microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia & hemifacial spasm, video-endoscopic thoracic sympathectomies for sweaty palms, and gamma knife radiosurgery.

 

Dr Hong has subspecialty interests in endoscopic transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary lesions, surgery of the skull base and spinal disorders.
